Fir jaise woh theek se accept kare aap usko Semi solids and mashed foods jaise ki steamed vegetables c fruit pulp , Kichidi , ragi , suji ya multigrain porridge etc . Phele one time a day aur bas kuch tsp aur fir gradually quantity , variety and number of meals increase kar sakte hai , aap usko apne feed k saath alternate kar sakte hai

then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curds,
later mashed paneer cheese, Vegetable Daliya
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals in a day.
