it might happen because of cold and cough.
so please feed your child on demand ,it will help to keep your child hydrated and as it contains antibodies it will help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infection
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes
provide apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
if a child feel discomfort because of this then please consult your pediatrician.
