Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi no it is early. after completion of 6 months age, you can start giving semisolid food to your child but till that you must give breasfeeding only please don't give anything to eat or drink other than the breastmilk and needed medicines
