#AskTheExpert sir I have twins of 3 months in that one is having high colic problem. so after pediatrician consultation we started cow's milk but now she have constipation problem she cried so much but she can't do pooty.after so much of cry she succed but solid one . plz guide how we can help her ...

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is advisable to stop the cow's milk and start formula milk if needed and there is a possibility that medicines for constipation needs to be given if it is not improving after that
