#AskTheExpert Sir, I have a toddler 2 years 4 months. around his lips upper and lower side having some red rashes and dry skin. please let me know is it skin issue or normal.

A. hello dear first of all it is very important that you should keep the skin dry and clean always and a keep on applying coconut oil on it or you can apply Lacto Calamine lotion or you can apply some antiseptic cream like borolin cream
