#AskTheExpert sir..i have a newborn baby 4 days old..we checked her bikrubin yesterday as per doctor's recommendation and it was 14.3.. he has asked the baby to be kept in phototherapy for 48 hours mandatory..wht do u suggest

A. do follow ur doctors advice. Just breast feed your baby two to three hourly and on demand. Do follow all instructions given by your paedritician . breast feed in every 2 hours

A. yes the photo therapy treatment is compulsory to treat the new born jaundice follow the observing doctor take care nothing to worry dear baby is fine
