#AskTheExpert Sir, I have a baby of 7 months old. she is very reluctant in having milk. I give lactogen. is there any other milk in market which I can give to her? apart from this, I am giving ceralac, tomoto soup, banana with milk.

A. hi, you can give similar, nan pro stage 2 formula.. You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form

A. Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
