A. In 1 year, you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby in different forms like whole, fresh juices, smoothies, fruit shakes with dry fruits, mixing with oats, etc. In foods give variety of meals rich in all the essential nutrients like rice with dal, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, besan and beetroot cheela, eggs in different forms, chicken soup, rice with chicken or fish curry, coconut water, curd, legumes, buttermilk, idli-dosa with sambar, etc.
