ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. if she is completely on formula milk than continue it till one year of age.. if your milk is not sufficient to your baby than formual milk is good option..Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.

as a child is 3 months old, please offer breastfeeding only.
no need of formula or external milk.
but if it is not possible then you can offer it till one year age.
after one year age ,you can start feeling external milk.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. When your toddler is 12 months old, you can switch from infant formula to plain whole cow's milk or fortified unsweetened soy beverage. You can do this gradually. You may want to start by replacing one infant formula feeding with cow's milk to help your child transition.
