#asktheexpert sir can u pls suggest some food to improve hemoglobin, my baby faling sick twice a month checked with blood test

A. Iron supplement is very important for you to start with apart from that when you talk about giving food to the child then you can give spinach broccoli wheat fruit and pomegranate every day black rice is also going to be good for increasing the haemoglobin levels for your child
