AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F.. For cold and cough give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. Give warm water to drink in a day. Give tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day
