#AskTheExpert sir 22months old baby girl can't sleep well at night... She wakes up and cried... What should I do? Sir and ask breastfeed 3 to 4 times at night...

Start home based cereals based pulses enriched energy dens food in between fruit and vegetables, begin with mashed ripped banana one sitting continue for 2 to 3 days, if baby digested it well then introduce another new food like apple puree, over cooked rice, khichri in morning and switch banana in evening. Gradually baby will be on 3 to 4 semisolid diet in a day.
