#AskTheExpert since last 2 days , Nihira has white pours on her tongue tip and edges.. the pours are not painful. but now I can see they are extending towards her throat.. could you please suggest what it could be or some medicines

A. it is better you should consult doctor for examination any infection for the baby more over medicines cannot be advised without seeing the baby personally at present you can use zincovit syrup
