Q.

#asktheexpert Sidhvik has cough and mucous! Having disturbed sleep and noisy breath. Giving him some cough syrup once a day. Is there any home remedy and food that can ease his mucous / phlegm?

A. kindly give syrup allegra 2.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 3 ml twice daily.f give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in fnext two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
