#AskTheExpert shreenika is having solids now i.e. semi solid food like Banana apple (steamed), potato, carrots etc. Her defecation is frequently happening and is much dry. please help me if this is alright.

A. hi parent please dont over feedd her the banana etc please make sure the fruuts are properly ripe and meshed please avoid maida and packaged food keep.her well hydrated by giving her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour when she's awake
