Q.

#AskTheExpert should i still give 90 ml milk to my baby or i can increasethe quantity.she is on top feed. 1 year 1 month old

A. Ypu can give upto 120ml to your baby. try to give everything other foods too that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods..only by giving family foods baby Wil get used to it and in further they will hav e all foods. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday.

Continue serving iron-fortified cereal until your child is eating a variety of iron-rich foods (at around 18–24 months old).
