#asktheexpert should I give supplements for my child for proper growth

A. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to give any health supplements or calcium or multivitamins to the child but if it is less than your doctor will examine and according to the deficiency the doctor will give medicine and tell till what time a supplement needs to be continued. but it is at the same time advisable to go natural by giving diet as per age of the childs which contains all the important nutrients and supplements. usually you havze to give only iron and vitamin d supplements to the child but that also in maintenance dosage and not as a deficiency dosage after medical consultation.

A. Yes you can give it actually because these days whatever we eat is nothing Pure It all has some or the other adulteration in that which is why it is a good idea for you to go ahead with giving health supplements to their child throughout the year
