A. baby is 3 years Kids are often fussy eaters try to add new flavours colours and textures to the diet add more fruits and vegetables in the diet add dry fruits powder in the diet maintain hygiene in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

A. If baby is healthy and active, there is no need to be concerned about it. But you can include fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, chicken, eggs, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
