Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Reduce screen time. Strictly no screen time one hour before going to bed. Ensure her tummy is full. If she is distracted by lights make the room lighting dim. If she is easily getting disturbed by small sounds the. try playing white noise or mild lullaby or some sleep sounds while she is sleeping so that the outside noise won't wake her up. Also ensure she is physically much active during the evening's which will make her eventually tired.
