A. If a four year old child is doing this that means it’s an awful habit that your child has gotten into I’m going to recommend you to apply some egg yellow on the hands of your child by mixing it with something which is much worse and taste and it is difficult to remove easily from the hand so I’m going to recommend you to go for a Femite lotion
