#asktheexpert she never got mothers feed and she is weak so what should we give to her

A. Helo mam For a healthy weight gain you can include paneer, milk, curd, oats, ragi, eggs, dal, cheese, soya, green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits in the diet that would help in weight gain Also give small and frequent meals Add ghee to food prepared, khichdi or mixed daal will improve protein content of the food
