Q.

#asktheexpert She just crossed six months, we give her mix feed but since last one month she is not drinking top feed, only during her sleep we are able to feed her is time consuming and with limited window. We just changed from Nan pro stage 1 to Aptamil stage 2 but still the result is same. Kindly advice

A. dear parent, ideally breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby until 1 year. you can give other milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.

A. Switch to a sippy or cup You can safely teach your baby to drink from a cup starting at 6 months. The paediatric suggests starting with a sippy or open cup at 6 months old. It's possible that your baby is curious and wants to try something new—or that the novelty of drinking from a cup will help them to get back to feeding.
