Check if your child is having pre-molar as that can be one of the biggest reasons where kids get really annoyed because they have extreme meditation into their gums and they behave very irritable in most of the cases so that could be one reason apart from that sometimes it could be due to some kind of pain in the body and also when the child is unable to express its needs and emotions they get angry and irritated very quickly
