#asktheexpert she is 2.6 yr old , but now also she does not sleep a full night without waling up , she wakes up midnight for milk as well as during the day nap also. she is reliable totally milk. she foes not eat chappaties and veggies . I dont understand how can i manage her now as she is growing.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom make sure he is well given a filling dinner and also you can now give her Cows milk before bed time as they would be full the Pattern would change over a period of time
