#asktheexpert She is 1 year old and sometimes she stopped taking food. we usually give her chapati with curd and dal. please suggest.

A. Remember it's NORMAL for a 1-year-old to be less hungry than they were as a baby. They may eat less than they used to, and we might need to adjust our expectations. This often shows up around 14-17 months; it is not “pickiness”, it's a normal decrease in hunger.
