AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom This is due to dryness.. Give water to keep your baby hydrated. u can apply babyhug lip balm or coconut oil on the lips... This will help to give soft and smooth lips Take care and all the best
