Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts, egg, fruits and vegetables ,meat will help in increasing baby's weight.

give energy Dense food items like soya , paneer, banana, apple, papaya, homemade food items like halwa , boiled chickpea etc to your child.
