Q.

#AskTheExpert shall we start the soft boiled foods to my Son and if yes how much and how many times we give him a food.

A. yes, as he is 6 month old, do start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Baby food must be soft, properly cooked and easy to chew.
