#asktheexpert shaan had not get again his tooth after lost his milk toot when he get.

A. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after the loss of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts.. if it's more than that then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination

A. hi dear kido will get his tooth..it takes time to get permanent teeth.. you only get front permanent teeth by 8 years..rest tooth takes few years..if in doubt better consult your dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment..happy parenting
