ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi usually within a gap of 3-6 months after the loss of milk teeth, permanent teeth erupts.. if it's more than that then consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear kido will get his tooth..it takes time to get permanent teeth.. you only get front permanent teeth by 8 years..rest tooth takes few years..if in doubt better consult your dentist for proper diagnosis and treatment..happy parenting
