Some kids pick up late on their speech but there is no problem as of now your child is 19 months you should get some flash cards Board books they’re very interesting for a child to look at their colourful so you should play with those things teach your child by pointing out this is called this this is an alphabet so when you try to regularly practise and play with your child the child would learn better
