#asktheexpert Respected Doctor,Im 24yrs old and mother of 1 yr kid.i went through miscarriage last week. suffering from depression and low b.p. pls let me know about the safety measures after miscarriage.Thank you.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you should wait for at least 3-4 months to plan next pregnancy. take folic acid and multivitamins supplements regularly. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. walk for half an hour daily
