A. in this case it is important to rule out urinary tract infection in the child for which urine report as well as urine culture needs to be done. kindly give plenty of fluids to drink to the child and maintain hygiene of the urinary area and contact your doctor at the earliest it is important that in case of girls you should maintain hygiene of the genital area with only water and do not use any type of soap and the stool area of the child should be cleaned from back and not from back to front

A. I don't use diaper at all.

A. good morning it can happen sometimes because of unhygienic practices or any lack of precaution while using diaper I would request you to please try to avoid using diaper for sometime
