Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the the onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with anctiallergic mgedications initially.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi rashes formed by many reasons like baby acne , eczema , allergy to something like fabric or cosmetics , heat or sweating or Infection. so , proper diagnose is necessary. kindly visit your pediatrician for once. at home , avoid using any cosmetics. prefer Cotton clothes for your child keep your child in well vantileted room. maintain good hygiene
