Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseeds. Don’t store or buy junk.
Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.

Even I suffered the huge weight gain in my postpartum and did not consider my weight gain as for me i was breastfeeding mum till my baby was 1.8 yr.. but as the weaning process completely got activated for my baby I started making a schedule for daily routine which is important.. timely waking, walking (45 mins), with healthy breakfast and heavy part of meal in the first half of the day.. and lighter food for evng snack and dinner(8.30pm). Add loads of liquid and water in your daily intake. stress lesser. cut down on peanut, potato, sago(sabudana) and rice.. More over keep count on your daily sweet dose that includes icecream, chikki, jaggery, sugar, honey etc. reduce oil in your cooking process. this will help u infinite.. worked on my stubborn fats also

Plan meals each day that feature natural, rather than processed foods. Eat between 1,800 to 2,200 calories a day if you are breast-feeding to ensure your infant has adequate nutrition. The secret is to eat small meals frequently
