#AskTheExpert preterm baby now she is one month not passing stool for more than 4 days but passes gas she strain a lot now a days but not passing is there any issues ??

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. no it is ok . Infant may not pass stool daily or may pass many times with gas . Both are normal . If not passing till 7 days then glycerine suppository can be used for the lubrication of the area .
