By one year completion you can start giving your baby all the healthy homemade foods that you daily prepare for your family. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Fresh fruits and fruit juices can be given. Good luck and take care.
