vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
grains and millets - 3 servings
pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings
seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving
fruits - 1 serving
milk and milk products 500ml
sugar 4 tsp
oil 5 tsp
control intake of process packaged food
