A. dear parent, give all family foods to your 3 years old child. the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts grains and millets - 3 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food

A. hello there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child and you should try to give your child everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious while you give for the child which can help on the growth of your child
