RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. Brozeet is good for dry cough issues so you can go ahead with this one you can use it for a maximum time of 3 to 5 days not more than that as that is the right time still if it is required I suggest you please check and advise video paediatrician as well
