Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. constipation in children is common in which diet modification is required that is including high fibres in the diet for which you can give seasonal fruits like papaya, watermelon and seasonal vegetables will also help you can give daliya , oatsmeal also to your child which is rich in fibres and nutrients tooo. giving excess of milk may also cause constipation, so you should limit its quantity.also avoid banana which may aggravate .lactulose or polyethylene glycol is of good help, sorbilene is also an option but you should give any medicine or suppository only when prescribed by your pediatrician.. medication is the secondary option.diet modification is the key.plenty of liquids are of great help too.

Hi mommy Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your Take a good care of your baby Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
