RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello man well u mist b knowing it what ur child likes to eat the most .. Also there is no such weight gaining food so I would advise you to give everything that you’ve been giving to your child till now and if your weight is the only concern you have then consult a nutritionist once
