#asktheexpert Please suggest some supplements or tonic to induce hunger for a year old kid..

A. hi, to increase hunger, Mix mint leaves juice in yogurt. Mix just pinch of black pepper ( it helps in the secretion of gastric juices).Mint is also used to combat stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, and colic in small children. Give it twice in a day. During preparation of food for the children, one should always add a little of jeera, pepper, turmeric and pinch of hing(after one year) . These spices help in the secretion of digestive juices.

A. Give zincovit 2.5 ML once in a day to your child also I would like to tell you this is a supplement to meet the zinc and multivitamin deficiency in the body if the deficiencies and met properly then hopefully your child’s hunger will also increase with the passage of time
