ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Most likely won’t be having anal Fissure. You have to first of all rule out Fissure or piles and only depending on that we can give any treatment. As of now you can apply proctocydyl cream twice a day
