NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a concern and make sure to gve your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet which can help in the growth of your child and if baby is active then weight is not a concern
