A. take 3 part of washed and dried rice and one part dal dry roast it , powder and store in airtight container . then this powder can be roasted with ghee and then cooked with water to which mashed vegetables can be added or can cook with milk. another variation which is nutritious is to take whole dals like mung, whole ragi then sproute it then roasting, then grinding to make powder
