A. Hello To lose weight you can add foods that are nutritious so that you don't get deficiency Add foods like green vegetables, fruits, almonds, walnuts, egg whites, low fat paneer, Dal's, skim milk, Sprouts, Vegetable soup Drink lot of water & exercise daily
