ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist7 years agoA. whole wheat pancakes . date rolls rangulla puranpoli these are rich in protein. Milk- restrict to 500 ml including dairy products. give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered. then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.
