#AskTheExpert Please guide regarding Right quantity of food and portion size And which food items or nutritions are daily required

A. hi mom try to include all food groups like cereal, protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits , nuts, milk and dairy products 40 % of diet should be of vegetables and fruits 25 % cereals ,25% proteins and 10% fats
