Hi.. your baby's regular day should consists of mails like on rising, breakfast, mid morning, lunch, evening snack, dinner, bedtime you can give 150 ml of milk on rising and bedtime and try giving a balanced meal for a breakfast lunch and dinner and include healthy snacking options for mid morning and evening snacks

A. Givr all foods try to give everything that you normally have n cook at home . you can should start giving all family foods..only by giving family foods baby Wil get used to it and in further they will hav e all foods. Let it be less oily and spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday and few nuts everyday. Nuts are very healthy and definitely good for babies kids. You could also make dry fruits nut powder at home and can add to all baby foods and milk. It's healthy and tasty too. Its helps in good weight gain and it's very healthy too.
