It is made using Swarna Bhasma, Honey, Ghee and Medhya Herbs like Brahmi, Shankhpushpi & Vacha. It is recommended from birth to 16 years of age, but you have to give it consistently to see better results. There are many good brands that sell natural swarnprashan like Krishna Ayurveda, Baby Organo, Vasu and many more.
