#AskTheExpert Please Dr. Tell what to do to prevent our child from cough and cold. My Daughter having Cough from around 5 Days I am giving Medicine also and giving home remedies also i.e., turmeric and ginger milk, juice of ginger mixed with honey and black pepper powder

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, continue with medication n home remedies. offer warm water or warm souls, warm turmaric milk. You can also heat the mustard oil with a teaspoon of rock salt into it. Once the oil is lukewarm, rub it on baby’s chest, back & feet.
